Thank you for shopping with Roseybloom Boutique! We aim to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. Below, you’ll find details about our order processing times, shipping options and delivery estimates.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, except for mala bead orders, which require 3-5 business days.

During busy periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable to your selected shipping method).

Free Shipping

Australia: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all orders over $149 (automatically applied at checkout).

Shipping Options & Rates

All items are shipped from Casula, NSW, Australia, via Australia Post. The following shipping methods are available at checkout. 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping

  • Domestic Letter without tracking: $5.50 (3-7 business days)
  • Domestic Letter with tracking:
    • $8.50 (3-7 business days) for small items
    • $10.50 (3-7 business days) for large items
  • Regular (Parcel Post) with tracking:
    • $13.50 (3-7 business days) for small items
    • $18.50 (3-7 business days) for large items

Express Shipping

  • Express Post with tracking:
    • $18.50 (1-3 business days) for small items
    • $24.50 (1-3 business days) for large items

Note

  • Delivery times may be longer for Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), and rural areas.

New Zealand Shipping

Standard International

  • $20.50 (5-10 business days) for packages under 0.25kg
  • $27.00 (5-10 business days) for packages 0.25kg-0.5kg
  • $34.00 (5-10 business days) for packages 0.5kg-1kg

Express International

  • $36.50 (3-8 business days) for packages under 0.25kg
  • $47.00 (3-8 business days) for packages 0.25kg-0.5kg
  • $54.00 (3-8 business days) for packages 0.5kg-1kg

International Shipping (Outside Australia & New Zealand)

  • All international orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your parcel arrives in your country, it will be handled and delivered by your local postal service.
  • Shipping rates and options will be displayed during checkout after adding items to your cart and entering your delivery details.
  • Standard Delivery:
    • Asia, US, Canada, and the UK: 10-15 business days
    • Other international destinations: 15-20 business days
  • Express Delivery:
    • Asia, US, Canada, and the UK: 5-10 business days
    • Other International Destinations: 10-15 business days
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Roseybloom Boutique is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs) are the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Deliveries

We make every effort to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognised as a valid address by Australia Post. If we are unable to validate the address, we will contact the customer to request an updated address. If we cannot obtain a valid address, the order will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued.

Roseybloom Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, nor for packages that cannot be recovered due to such errors.

Damaged Shipments

We take care to carefully package your items to ensure safe transit. However, in the event that your order arrives damaged, Roseybloom Boutique is not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If you receive damaged items (and your order was shipped with tracking), please file a claim with the shipping carrier. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing the claim.

Damaged items cannot be claimed with the shipping carrier if the item was shipped without tracking. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery method.

Missing or Stolen Shipments

If you haven’t received your order, but the shipping carrier has reported it as delivered (and the order was shipped with tracking), please contact us as soon as possible at info@roseybloomboutique.com. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier, and local law enforcement may be involved in the investigation.

Once the investigation is complete, we will either replace or refund your order. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation process.

Roseybloom Boutique is not responsible for replacing or refunding orders shipped without tracking. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked delivery method.

Shipping Fees Refunds

Shipping frees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for more details.
