We hope you love your purchase! However, if you need to make a return or exchange, we're here to assist. You can return items for a refund or exchange, as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Faulty Items
If an item is found to be defective or damaged (not caused during transit), we will replace it. If the item purchased is unique, an exchange or refund will be offered.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please review photos and item descriptions carefully for sizing and specifications. We are happy to offer exchanges or refunds as applicable.
Returning Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on earrings that have been unwrapped or tried on. Refunds or returns are only available for faulty earrings, or if they remain, unopened and untouched. Please review earring descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Return Postage
We will refund postage costs for faulty items, but do not refund postage for change-of-mind returns. If you return an item that is not faulty, shipping costs will not be credited.
Customers will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging, including the storage pouch, guidebook, or user guideline brochure that came with the item. Returned items must be securely packaged to qualify for a refund or exchange. Items damaged during transit due to improper packaging may result in a rejected refund.
Partial Refund or Rejected Returns
Partial refunds or rejected returns may occur if:
- The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error).
- The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval for a refund, replacement, or store credit. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
