All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, except for mala orders, which require 2-4 business days.
During busy periods or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any delays.

Please refer to our gemstone guide for more information about gemstone grading and properties.
9. What is a mala and how is it used?
A mala is a strand of beads used in meditation and prayer practices by Hindus, Buddhists, and yoga practitioners. Traditional malas contain 108 counting beads, along with a guru bead and a tassel, although some modern designs may feature a pendant instead. Some designs also include marker beads to support mantra repetition, breath awareness, and intention setting. We offer tassel, pendant, and knotted mala styles.
Malas are used to count mantras, prayers, or breaths during meditation, a practice known as japa. They are also worn as meaningful spiritual jewellery and intention reminders for focus, grounding, and inner peace.
For quicker daily practice, malas are also available in 27 beads (often called a quarter mala). Counting it four times completes one full 108-bead cycle. For shorter, more focused meditation sessions, they are also available in 54 beads (known as a half mala). Counting it twice equals 108.
10. What are essential oil diffuser jewellery and accessories?
Essential oil diffuser jewellery and accessories are designed to absorb and slowly diffuse essential oils throughout the day. They are commonly made using porous materials such as lava stone, which can absorb small amounts of essential oil.
To use, apply 1-2 drops of essential oil onto the lava stone beads and allow the oil to absorb before wearing or using. Reapply as needed once the scent fades.
11. What materials and metals do you use in your jewellery and accessories?
We use a variety of carefully selected materials and metals in our handmade jewellery, malas, and accessories, chosen for durability, appearance, and affordability.
Materials
- Gemstones: Gemstones are natural minerals formed within the earth. Each stone is unique with natural variations and markings. We only use natural, undyed, and untreated gemstones to preserve their natural beauty and energy. Please refer to our gemstone guide for more information about gemstone grading and properties
- Cultured Freshwater Pearls: Cultured Freshwater Pearls are formed in freshwater mussels through a controlled process where a small tissue graft stimulates nacre production, forming the pearl naturally inside the mussel. Unlike natural pearls, which form without human intervention and are rare and expensive, cultured pearls are farmed, making them more widely available and affordable. We only use high-quality cultured freshwater pearls with high lustre, minimal blemishes, and natural colour variations
- White Sandalwood and Red Sandalwood: White Sandalwood and Red Sandalwood are natural woods used in malas. White Sandalwood has a calming woody scent, while Red Sandalwood is known for its rich red colour. We use only natural, undyed wood
- Rudraksha Seeds: Rudraksha seeds are natural seeds used in meditation and mala making, each with unique texture and markings.
- Ebony Wood: Ebony wood is a dense natural wood with a deep dark colour and smooth finish. We use only natural, undyed ebony wood
- Stretch Cord: Stretch cord is a strong elastic cord used in bracelets, necklaces, and anklets. We use high-quality crystal stretch cord made in Korea that is latex-free, highly flexible, and returns to shape after stretching
- 49 Strand Stainless Steel Beading Wire: 49 strand stainless steel beading wire is the strongest and most flexible beading wire, made from multiple stainless steel strands coated with nylon. We use high-quality wire made in the United States and Japan
- Nylon Bead Cord: Nylon bead cord is a strong, flexible synthetic cord used for jewellery making, knotting, macramé, Kumihimo, and pearl stringing. We use high-quality cord made in Germany
- Silk Thread: Silk thread is used for mala tassels and delicate jewellery work. We use 100% Japanese silk thread
